Refund for Cedar Lodge

We were ment to be staying at the Cedar Lodge this Sarturday, but have been moved into the Hotel Mura. Because we complained to our travel agents we are going to recieve £132 back for the 4 of us. Bargin

When are you going? There are problems with cedar lodge - electrical etc so those booked with Balkaln have been moved to the Mura

Going this Saturday Cedar Lodge Bansko. Ask your travel agents, we were told 2 days ago and were offerd a full refund or change to the Mura.
