Regency Court, Bansko,Having read some of the messages re Britannia's other developments it seems promising for my apartment in Regency Court.
However have not heard anything re the progress of this development, I e-mailed Britania about two weeks ago, still waiting for a respons! I have also asked my solicitor to chase it for me! Anyone else buying in Regency Court, if so have you heard anything?

we have also bought in regency court, they have had our money for over a year, building has not yet been started.i have also been trying to speak to someone, they even had the cheek to write and request a second payment.
Spoke to someone called greg at britannia, he has told me it wont go ahead til next year and only then if they have sold enough units.

I am still waiting for a response from Brittania via my solicitor (used my own not Brittanias). I have checked their web site, from the progress photo of the site it is clear no work has started. Out of 59 apartments the site shows that 28 still remain unsold.
I have again sent her an e-mail which included the information you have given me, I have asked her to check out whether there is anything in the contract that states at what point they should commence work.
