Renting/ Booking Ski's?

I am just about to book a holiday to the Rila Hotel, Borovets. I have heard good things about this hotel and think it will be ideal for what we are looking for.
One thing that has crossed my mind is the whole 'renting/booking ski's out' thing. I have never been on a 'snow holiday' before so any information about this would be great. Im sure the Travel Agent will explain about this but I know what they are like.... rip offs
Also anybody stayed at this hotel. There are 7 adults ...

Boking ski packages before you go is normally cheaper than in resortdbut
