So when you look at the Rila webcam can you give me a low down of the nursery/beginner slopes?as previouldy mentioned we are complete beginners and heading out next year.
The wider part of the slope is the beginner slope, the first drag you will probably use is the one at the bottom of picture on the left. But within a couple of days you will be up the mountain in the gondola where there is another nursery slope & also there is a chair lift called Sitnyakovo Express that takes you up to another part of the mountain on the left of the Rila and you can come down the Royal Resident ski way which is great when you are learning

You will have a fab time and meet some great people who are on holiday and working there, the locals are really friendly.

And to answer your other question you can night ski until 21:30 I think from 17:30 but you do have to get a night pass which will cost you 22lev (£9.60ish)

(Sorry Long Post) Hi Mark, when you are looking at the rila webcam you should be able to make out the 4man chair lift running from the top edge of the bars on the right of the picture.
Beginners usually use the lower part of the slope to the left of the 4 man chair which has a short drag lift, you can see a tiny square hut toward the bottom left of the picture which is the start of the nursery drag, which you should be using either towards the end of day one or by the middle of day 2 ...

There are also a couple of slightly longer drag lifts over to the right of the 4 man chair which you may progress to before attempting either the Sitnyakovo Chair lift or using the gondola to use the nursery slope/drag at the top of the mountain. We will be in Bobby Bar on Saturday & Sunday Evening so pop along and have a chat, there are some piste maps in the bar which we can show you to explain the runs. Don't be shy (we were for the our first couple of trips) just come into the bar and say Hi I'm Mark and i'm looking for the BGSki forum guys, you'll probably get at least 20 people shout THAT'S US. Will be checking the forum tomorrow evening before leaving for the airport so keep the questions coming and if we can't answer somebody else will be quick to reply.
See you at the weekend
Nade & Jon (& Becky C who will also be with us)

Hey whatever time you go, there will always be forum groups in Bobby's Bar and people will answer questions as the arise throughout the year.
