Hello everyone , Going to pamps in february but i am worried about the snow coverage as all the other resorts are having a lot more , not only in bulgaria , Italy has had some serious snow coverage ,my question is i only have 2 weeks to swap my holiday if needed , would like some advise on wether to stick with pamps or try another resort or country , any advice would be great. Cheers
Nothing to worry about feb is a good time to go and if you look back at the snow for previous years apart from last year you will see the coverage is good. But its your decision deal or no deal.
dont panick..there will be plenty of snow. but if you really are worried that in 2 months time all the snow will have either gone or failed to show then id book for vail.. there is about 9 meters of the white stuff already.
Thanks for your help guys , think i will stick with it, i just didnt want it to be a dissapointment as i am taking two mates who are first time skiers.
I'm heading to Pamps in Feb apart from last year I have had the 2 years before that with some wicked snow cover so fingers crossed. Although I think I may have made a mistake with the hotel I have booked into nevermind lol. You win some you lose some.
Sammy , same here i am going out on the 9th and have booked into the hotel pamporovo and heard mixed reports about the place , nevermind though when your not skiing your drinking so , i suppose if you have enough to drink dont matter where you sleep as long as its inside. ha ha
Stayed in hotel pamporovo, and it was great, that was 2 years ago, food in all 4 hotels I have stayed in bulgaria isn't great, but you get a bed, a tv, a mini fridge and a bar & a pool. happy days I say!!
