Hi Guys,
I wanted to get this thread started now so that ALL updates and confirmations can be added here prior to the start of the 2013 Road to Nowhere MTB Rally to be held in Bansko on 27th & 28th July.
This year will be year 5 of this increasingly popular MTB event and is shaping up to be one of the best yet with a new start and finish point (Bansko royal towers) and course additions courtesy of Captain Morgan! Moving the start and finish to the top of town has allowed the race course to stay off public roads albeit with a couple of crossings.
Me and a few of the Starets were out riding with the Captain earlier this week on the new sections to the course making day one about 40km's. He has added about 8 or 9km's with 3 sharp climbs and a lovely long double then single track decent just above Dobrinishte then the haul back to Bansko and a sting in the tale to finish!
Registration can be done now: http://www.bansko-mtb.com and further updates will be posted courtesy of the organisers both here and via the RTN facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Road-to-Nowhere-MTB-Rally/249477618415585?hc_location=stream

We are now at the stage of organising Marshals for the Road to Nowhere MTB race. If you are in Bansko on the weekend (27th & 28 July) not looking to take part and would like to volunteer some of your time could you please let Glynis Morgan know via facebook: www.facebook.com/groups/132731756763405/?fref=ts or private message so we can pass on your details?
