Sorry clutter the forum but I've not got you're email address... All my gear from dealextreme arrived today. Got the wide angle lens, helmet mount and other bits and pieces.

I got the Fotopro mount. Seems pretty good but will require holes in the helmet so the velcor straps will work.

Wished I'd got two lenses as I suspect I might lose one!

re: Robert TK - If you're there....

Got a helmet in Boro last night Rob and sussused out fitting my mount. We use velcro alot in my business for binding cables to racks so I have the stuff by the roll. I brought some with me and replaced the short lengths on the mount with long lengths that fix under the helmet on the lining both front and back. It seems to hold the mount nice and tight but i have to try it and see.

What I really want is a way to fix a lanyard to the wide angle lens. I've tried using some tape but it does ...

What I really want is a way to fix a lanyard to the wide angle lens. I've tried using some tape but it does not really work. Either I need some really strong adhesive or a ring with a fixing point that can be glued to the front of the lens. Have you thought of anything?

Gonna try the monopod first and mounting the tiny cams on my board ... got some interesting stuff at xscape. Be careful it doesn't fly off!
