Roll neck shirts

Hi!

One of you guys was asking about roll neck shirts the other day - our local Millets have them in their sale. Good price (but can't remember - sorry) and a variety of colours and sizes.

I dont think this should annoy this site as I dont think they sell clothing but I found a great bargain for thermals a couple of weeks ago.

Three pairs of t shirts and three pair of long johns (or long janes) for £27 with free delivery, although this price has now increased to £32.70 so get in there quick! Delivery took 2 days for mine and about a week for my gf.

Best thing is to cycle.

I cycled home from work it took 20 minutes to do 3 miles. Quiet a fast speed for the traffic last night. The funny thin is most poeples journey to and from work are under 5miles ie its walkable/ cycleable.

Why dont that lazy car drives get out off there big ase and get fit at the same time.

Need to get get that off my chest

Know what you mean Michael, but I quite often do 1000 miles a week with work and I am really not fit enough to cycle that far LOL
