Just bought an apartment in Royal Lodge new complex being built. Whats your thoughts good investment or not.

Which resort? I would imagine any investment should be good.....I Hope ! We bought an apartment this year in Sunny Beach....New complex. we love it. Visit my best friend in pamporovo twice a year so who knows that might be our next investment. Very Happy Very Happy

I bought in the Flora as I thought it was a really good investment. The Royal Lodge was not available when I purchased.

I was in Borovets last month and I can confirm that the location of the royal lodge is very good. It is right in the centre of the resort so location is excellent. I do not know what the prices were so I cannot comment on those but I believe the last apartment in the Flora went for around €1200 per m2
