Couldn't give you an "in resort" view but the gondola is shut to the middle stations and it looks pretty windy up top.
It in fact looks as if the Gondola was open to the top and they've stopped it to the middle station since but that's just a guess.
The Rila runs that are shut are often shut as they seem to be the ones that are quick to suffer with less snow. I know it's snowed recently but possibly not enough to put the runs in good enough condition.
I would think positive though. ...

I would think positive though. MUCH more is open that could be at this time of year. I am sure the weather will improve and then you will have all of the top and Yastrebets in good condition as well as runs on the Rila side.
Don't worry - it looks like you will have plenty of skiing.
The gondola is shut due to very high winds in the resort...it opened up for about an hour but has been closed down again hence all the runs at the top will be closed...
