I wondered if anyone could help me, I want to do bit of running or walking when I head out to Pamps in 2 weeks time and I was wondering if anyone knew any routes that would be good to try
Haven't been to Pamps, but from experience in Boro I wouldn't even try it, at least not the running bit as you are very likely to fall on the ice. As for walking then take the lifts and walk down one of the slopes or the routes for cross-country tend to be good.. If you are keen to run on your holiday I would try a gym, some of the hotels have gym's with treadmills which is a lot safer than breaking your neck slipping on the ice.
