SKIS

Hi everybody

I need some help!!!

I went to pomporovo last year (loved it) and going back to bulgaria this January to Borovetz. I've read all the comments and it sounds the bees knees. My question is what hire skis are used in Borovetz? i can't even remember what they gave me in Pomporovo. I know the colour was red.
Any info will be greatly received by me and my new boots.

generally the skis are long and thin and have a base with wax on.
if they give you something different then u have been seen off!

It depends what rental servise you choose Wooly.
For example in Samokov we had rented very good Orion ski (Bulgaria made, same factory as Atomic). Last year we used rent service in the main gondola building. Ski was very old and too used.

So better to buy your own ski.

yellow orions...ultra carve and ultra carve2...which you get from the Samakov Hotel, the red orions are a lower grade ski. Personally I wouldnt take my own skiis to Boro as ive been a few times when shall we say the snow was a little thin in places and seriously screws with your skiis
