It is expected that the accomodation capacity of the resort will double by 2010.
Bansko Mayor Alexander Kravarov said that the revenues to the municipal budget for 2005 have reached 9.5 million levs (about 4.75 million euro.) The next year, the Municipal Council of Bansko will provide ten million levs for the solution of the infrastructure problems in the resort. The total length of the ski runs and tracks in Bansko is 65 km.
