Jacques Rogge Sends Congratulations to Minister Ivanov

President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Jacques Rogge has sent a message of congratulations to Bulgarian Youth and Sports Minister Vassil Ivanov. His letter is occasioned by Sofia?s bid for the Winter Olympics in 2014, which was passed by the Council of Ministers. "We expect that Sofia's bid will be submitted to us by July 28, the letter of the IOC Chairman reads.
