This is provided in the Vitosha Natural Park Development Plan, passed by the Council of Ministers yesterday. Any reconstructions of hotels, holiday centers and chalets in the mountain are strictly prohibited. There are 4,000 accommodations in the territory of the park and opening of new ones is prohibited. This decision practically means that Sofia gives up competing for the winter Olympics in 2014. Mushroom gathering in the mountain may be forbidden, or the gatherers may be imposed a tax on. In the plan it is provided that a special strategy on protection of mushrooms to be worked out. Fishing in some of the lakes and reservoirs in Vitosha Mountain will for sure be prohibited.

Hi Tan,I must admit that if it was a genuine bid I thought it was a bit ambitious and a bit too soon for all the necessary construction/building work to take place.
