The 5-crown compound, the largest on the Balkans, will have 1,000 accommodations and some 12,000 sq. m. built-up commercial area. Five kinds of saunas, a swimming pool and a sport center are some of the extras. The compound is slated to be completed by end-2006 and to be inaugurated on Christmas. The investments are estimated at 10 million euros, investor in the project will be Studenets AD, a company set up especially for the purpose, comprising natural persons and legal entities.

It wasn't when I was there at the end of March either. It was in February when I was there ( half term) and at Xmas ( also school hols). In February after a spell of bad weather and 2 lifts closing down I remember getting drunk on chocco rums whilst waiting in the queue for the one man chair, the same week we waited for at least 30 minutes every time on every lift ! Xmas wasn't as bad because as beginners it took us a while to get back down to the lift and this meant a bit more ...
