SNOW FOR DEFINATE

I have always been to Bulgaria over christmas with my family, and i can honestly say I have never not skied. I think we are gonna have a brilliant holiday in the snow as we always do. 20th - 27th always the same week over christmas and always snow don't worry, they have spent millions on snow cannons etc making sure the skiing season starts and lasts as long as possible

which resort r u talking about. pamps only has a few cannons

borovets of course where else, wents to pamps a few times but only went there at beginning of march so dont know about pamps sorry

I agree it will snow plenty before holiday- lookin at the borovets webcam and there is more snow than i pictured with all this talk of doom etc. Is this due to the snow cannons?

not all of it, i have seen the snow cannons working a couple of times so it has helped, the thing is it has to be below -1 for them to work effectively if at all, so looking at the temperatures it is due to start dropping below -0 from thursday so they should have the cannons on through till monday hopefully.

ANDYrew, hope you get the snow in time as i went to boro last year and the snow conds were poor. i decided to book Tinges (france) this year and looks like the conds are brill. They dont have a diss board though. Can honestly say the only reason i didnt book boro is cause the snow has been poor for last couple of years

maybe for pro's but for us novices it will be fine, thanks anyway
