Yes folks - the undoubted king of predictions has almost completed the latest edict!
Now remember I got it 100% correct...no messing with prayers and guesses and silly 'it must snow because I say so' phrases...it was perfect becaue I applied SCIENCE!!!
I am awaiting a couple of statistics before I give you the news you are all holding your breath for!
When this one is again 100% I have no doubt that metcheck, snow-forecast and others will be offering me a fortune for my system - but ...
