SNOWING IN SOFIA TOO

The snow seems to have arrived (as ordered) almost all over Bulgaria. Just spoken to friends in Sofia who say it is snowing there right now.

A large fall is forecast for the resorts tonight, this will add to the 15cm that has already fallen in the last 24 hours.

Strange how it arrives without the weather forecasters knowledge. Every time I look at the snow report under the section snowing/raining it always says no ..... even though it is!!!!!!!!!

All this snow has Blocked us in and now one can get out or in sorry guys you will have to stay in England while we suffer here

Being dropped by parachute into resort on Sunday, then the Gurkas are taking us by sledge to the hotel. Sorry mate but your time is nearly up, please vacate the premises by 0800 hours Saturday.

Thats if i can get up from the graduation night. last year I got to bed at 1.00am and got up to go to the airport at 4.00am

Yes, back to Gatwick

Plovdiv is more likely to close than Sofia as Sofia is a main international airport.

When you ordered the snow Pete, did you specify the exact quantity as I don't want to be stuck here in the UK, reading about snowbound airports ?
