re: STOLEN

Or perhaps its a prosthetic right arm........ certainly valuable and I could understand why people would be willing to give theirs up for it...

re: STOLEN

I'm assuming this is something too large for the safe then, else bung it in the safe. Dont taske anything you cannot afford to lose or that is not covered by your insurance policy. Read the t&c as they state max value of any item and also that it must be kept in a safe, thefts reported within 24hrs etc and require police statements and so on.

go on, what is it? The Crown Jewels? Very Happy

re: STOLEN

I'm now very worried about security in my room. My blow-up-doll is probably too large to fit in a safe. Unless I deflate and re-inflate each day (very time consuming). I better check with my insurance that it's covered, I can't see any mention on the policy.

re: STOLEN

Unless you put your items in a safety deposit box I don't know of any way to stop items from being pinched. Friends of ours were staying in the Rila Hotel last week and had their handbag stolen from underneath their feet. It was later found behind the bar (!) minus 700 Euro and both mobile phones. My advice is to keep a tight hold on everything - if you can't put it in a safe and you really value this item I would leave it at home.
