Samokov ski school

Some guys I was skiing with last month used the Samokov ski school but stayed in chalets in other places. (only 3 of 11 of us were actually staying in the Samokov).

All the tour operators I've contacted are claiming this is impossible -can someone tell me how I can book self-catering accommodation but still use the Samokov school?
