Thought you all might be interested in the customer satisfaction survey for the 2003/2004 season in Pamporovo and Borovets from the good people at First Choice Holidays.
Pamporovo
Ski Area 85%
Lift system 70%
Resort Facilities 65%
Nightlife 62%
Eating out 61%
Resort Overall 69%
Borovets

Makes sense as some borovets runs were out of action due 1 man chair being closedIt should be replaced by a new 4 man chair this year

Ah you spotted that then Pete. Yes it always makes me smile when these tour companies dont have the bottle to ask their guests to rate them.re: Satisfied?
I have to say I havnt been to Pamps but been to Borovets and I found it really limited. Not too many slopes for my first time sking Wife. We were disapointed that the only runs that the ski instructor would take us on was the 2 short easy runs in the resort and 1 short run at the top of the gondola. I know you have to stay at the level of the majority in the group but we found it a little limited after 2-3 days, Put that with long waits at the lift for such short runs i was a little ...
