We stayed in the Rila in Jan, and it was 6 lev for as long as you want (Pool is free to guests).

from what i can recall about £2 for as long as you want, best one is in hotel rila.

In the Samokov cost 5 lev only the sauna, with the use of the pool 8lev, as long as you want.
