Scams

As usual I read so many reports nor my mind is a mess. So I thought I'd ask people using this forum for tips and advise on the scams to bewary of.
I've heard about the security box one at the Rila, where we're staying, but whats the others to watch for

Basically, if you pay for the box when you first arrvie.. GET A RECEIPT !!!!
If you don't you have no proof that you paid. They make you pay for it again at the end of your stay. And from what I've read, when you start to argue the toss over the fact you've paid.. The big bad security gaurds get called over and you end up paying again.
