Morning all,
Having recieved my holibobs tickets through the letter box, you can imagine my shock to find that all was not correct - I know, incredible really - a tour company that gets things wrong....
Anyway, fairly minor corrections required - 1 name spelt wrong that kind of thing, but also a change in flight times. 2 phone calls required then.
1st call to the cab company to rearrange the time for them to pick us us - they also wanted flight numbers etc - turns out the girl ...

2nd call to the tour co to change name on the ticket, girl there said "Oh your off to Pamp - say hi to Snowshack Steve for me" turns out she has been loads of times before.
Very odd that consecutive phone calls reveal more and more people are aware of Pamp as a resort - the secret is getting out.....

Morning Mike, well my bribe to your tour company did not work then? I tried to convince them you did not want to go anymore. Paid them £2.50 as well! Bit spooky that 2 people should hear of Pamps most people I speak to say where? I was speaking to a customer last night and she is of to Val de sare?? end of March just for a few days and it is costing her over £500 then she will need another £500 for food and drink! I wonder why I go to Bulgaria

Was it their fault or yours the name was spelt wrong - did you give them the wrong spelling in the first place.If it was their mistake, why should you have to pay.
