HiHas anyone been approached or even sold there property to a company called "Vista Capital"?
They have contacted me in the UK offering great deals for my appartment?
Any info on this company would be great?

Its a con - ask them for their number so you can call them back, they won't give it to you. Its rumoured to be part of the now defunct MRI. Try a few forums but quite frankly anyone offering you good money for your apartment in this market is running a scam.re: Selling Property
Had them call me about 5 times now - or similar comp.
They seem to give exactly as you say above great offers to buy your apartment or we have cash buyers waiting.
m not interested in selling Im keeping it for good.
That aside on the last 2 calls I have played along taking great interest in them. Anyway at the end when they started talking about the "finders Fee" I said hold on I have websites where there are loads of unsold brand new studios/1 beds etc and surely you would be able ...

I said the lowest I would go on price would be x% above what they would offer plus the fact that I will not supply them the funiture.
So anyway I carrid on and even went along the lines of it would uplift all prices if all appts in any complex were to be sold so for a better return for your buyers & your company buy direct & in bulk from the Developer.
I asked for their phon number and names etcso that I could pass it onto a developer I know ho would be in contact with them in due course..... silence then the phone went dead. No calls since.
Result.

They do have a decent looking uk website http://www.vistacapital.co.uk/ and contact numbers. But I am thinking the same as you "too good to be true."I will be having another chat with them this afternoon and have some questions for them, the answers I will post on here for all to see.
I would still like folks to ask around and have more info because if they are a con the more people that know about them the better.

Ask them if any of their directors had anything to do with MRIre: Selling Property
There are a fair few spelling and grammatical errors on the website, in particular the use of the word 'there' where it should be 'their'.A truly professional outfit would fix things like that before listing the site.

100% any company would quadruple check all their web pages spelling errors and punctuation is just sloppy and by itself would alienatesome customers on that point alone.Spell check plus getting it proof read is a given IMHO.
Quality of service, Professionalism, and building strong relationships with customers as well as having a product which people need that way you cannot fail.
