When we were in Pamps, we had a Serbian lady in our group - she said she'd chosen Pamps because the ski school had such a good reputation. She was with her husband, who was an expert skier, and he used to come and met her at lunch every day. Anyway, she told us that they had been in touch with family back home and they'd had loads of snow that week!
There's a good forum with trip reports on the website I mentioned above - someone has posted a link to his photos and apart from the usual family shots, the scenery and runs look stunning. Lots of snow. Might well warrant some more research...
I'm going to Serbia in Jan 2008 to Kopaonik with my Sister & her Family, staying in The Grand Hotel 4 Star with Crystal, our airport is Nis or something 3 hr travel time to Hotel, hope there is a loo! stop!, but it looks beautiful at the resort can Ski-upto Hotel, and the booze is cheap, similar to Bulgaria, Finland was to expensive and Bulgaria doesn't teach 7yrs age in Ski-School, F/Board in Hotel with Ski-lessons etc, 6 Days - 4hrs per day 9am - 1pm afternoons off is £615.00 for adult, ...
