Shoe question!

Shoe question!

This may sound strange but do we need 'normal' shoes in Borovets or can we just wear hiking boots the whole time? What do people wear in the bars/clubs?!

thanks!

re: Shoe question!

It varies.

No body really cares, you wear what you like. As long as you feel comfortable I really would not worrie.

re: Shoe question!

If you want to stay on your feet when walking on the icey paths, stick to the hiking boots(That is until you have a few scoops LOL) Booze Booze Very Happy

re: Shoe question!

I would recommend that you wear tennis rackets on your feet while wandering around Borovets in the day as this will give you extra grip and they are comfortable too.

Use string or dental floss to tie the rackets to your feet as these will not damage your expensive footwear.

When in the clubs/bars I would suggest wearing slippers as these will not get stolen and your feet will not sweat.

Also, try to get hold of a kilt made of plastic fibres and a bow tie as this is the accepted club ...
