Shuttle Bus - Borovets

Does anyone know if there is a shuttle between Golf Club Ibar and Borovets ?

Not sure for the shuttle service, but there is a bus service between Kostenetz ans Samokov, which will cross the Ibar Golf Club and Borovez.
Minimum one bus around 9.00 and one back around 16.00 may be some one later.
But Kaz and Bobby can give you latest details.

If you try to organise it with cabs, look for a driver from Dolna Banya or Kostenetz and make a well price and a point out of the Boroevz centre to catch you...

They use to run one, but we haven't heard yet about this season. Too late here now to ring anyone but we will ask tomorrow for you and let you know.

Thanks guys, appreciate the info. Just that this will be my first time driving in snowy conditions and I'm a bit apprehensive. Would rather catch a shuttle if one is available.

i guess you are already booked in so probably can't change but Ibar Golf is quite a distance from Borovets. It is about 20 km and probably 30 mins drive in good conditions.

there are lots of accommodation options in or around Borovets.

just thought I would mention it.

In terms of driving as long as your car has winter tires (required by law) you shouldn't have any problems. you will only need the chains if there is unusually heavy snow.
