Shuttle from Pirin Hotel

Just been bumped from the stratzite hotel by Balkan holidays,moved to the Pirin which looks much further from the gondola, how early does the shuttle bus leave,when does it return?
How much would a taxi cost?

Have you tried asking Balkan for different hotel. We were in Strazhite then they moved us said we had to go to Pirin but for distance reasons didnt fancy it so they gave us other options and all sorted out. Razz

perun and pirin about same distance but perun realy nice hotel dont know the other one, I would ask about options and realy put your foot down when did you book?

WEe go feb25th, booked last may and just found out about the change today, Balkan are in the bad books.The foot will really be put down.
