Sitnyakovo Ski area

Reading this sites 2003/04 report concerning the replacement of the single chairlift to the Sitnyakovo Ski area. Do I understand that the new 4 chair replacement will not be operational until the 2004/05 season. Does this mean the ski area will remain closed/inaccessable this season??? This would mean the resort would no longer have a proper beginners blue run.

So why this is it only an 75min walk from Borovez to the lift station. But for all there is no building work as I was there in 2. week of december and the lift chairs are not looking as anyone will take any other time, but I can send you some pics.
