i asked for size 13s from the travel agent and the said they were available but they only have a few pairs so depends on how many people want them....so i bought my own
I was in Pamps last week and getting 12's is possible but they are very uncomfortable. They told me they didnt have 13's which maybe was because I wasnt first in line. Try get the salomen boots if you can, the other makes come up really small (just like different brand trainers over here). Although dont let them palm you off with the white boots, insist on the black ones as the whites ripped my shins to shreds on the 1st day. The others are much more comfortable.
This is all from ski depot ...

This is all from ski depot 1 mind you. If your not going with Balkan then you shouldnt worry.
Have a wicked time, oh and pay the extra 5 levs to have your hire ski's sharpened, the poor conditions over past few weeks have knocked the edges to pieces, so you'll appreciate the difference.
