Ski Blades??!! HELP!

Fun ? Easy to use ?,Dangerous when falling?Can anyone out there tell me anything about 'ski blades'.
What are they like to use? For a reasonable intermediate level skier such as myself (although I did receive a level D on my diploma last year at Pamps which I think is classed as advanced?)
How much will they cost in Pamps?
Would I be charged for taking them on a plane,or could they go as hand luggage ;considering that they are usually less than 1 metre long.

They are really easy to use man. Turns with little pressure, in fact they snap. You can pull 360s easily with little jumps!! Ride back!You are all free and not dangerous. Not more than skiing. They are even safer!!! there are no poles to poke yourself. You just cant go off piste. And hard to use on icy snow because of short edge area!! Anyway, strongly recommended for crazies and

We have just hired a couple of pairs of snowblades from a company in Crawley. We were told by a lady in Pamps last year that they are really good, so we are giving them a try. We are not very good skiers so we are putting a lot of faith in them. Just hope she was right. See you there. Enjoy your holiday - only 2 more days

I'm an intermediate level skier. Tried them in France last year. Fantastic fun. Try them, you'll love it!! I'm going to get some for Borovets in 2 weeks time!!re: Ski Blades??!! HELP!
Would any of you guys be prepared to spend a weeks holiday on them?One person has told my that skiing on blades is very hard work ,and one top to bottom of a piste slpoe on blades is the equivalent of 4 or 5 on skis?? If this is true they seem to only be any good as a play toy.
