re:Ski Goggles

Hi Greg,

I had to buy some last feb as mine broke, there are a number of shops that sell goggles. I bought from a shop right next door to Christo's White Magic restaurant. It's opp the Samokov hotel. Very helpful guy in there. They were Bolle ones and i remember they were around 60 -70 lv.

re:Ski Goggles

If you do price any up then can you let me know what the price is for something like some Oakley Crowbars? I am looking at a pair here for around £63 but if they are cheaper in Boro then I will gladly get some out there.

Cheers

re:Ski Goggles

If you want some on the cheap before you go, try TK Maxx or SportsDirect.

re:Ski Goggles

Hi Jez

Although I haven't priced them up for you (as I didn't really know what I was looking for) here is what I have found. I really nearly brought some anon googles off amazon for £32 before I went. I didnt in the end. Looking here there are plenty of street traders selling what are probably fakes and prices are around £25 -£35 for an ok pair (but they are probably fake). The shops I'm guessing are selling real ones and they vary from £30 upto around £100 for a nice set. To give an idea ...

To give an idea a similar pair to the ones I was going to get we're about £80 so I'm a bit gutted I didn't just buy in the uk. Anyway I have decided mine will last another season.

Hope that helps :-)

re: Ski Goggles

I usually wear sunnies when it's sunny but not all the time. Goggles everytime for those nasty white out days.

Plus - I might even do some boarding...

re: Ski Goggles

anyways - got some Crowbars off ebay from DiscountedSunglasses.co.uk. They arrived yesterday and were not 100% new as described. But.... spoke to them, they were really helpful and are swapping them out today. Really nice lenses.
