Ski Hire and Lessons at the Yanakiev

Hi ,
I am staying with my family and friends at the Yanakiev again in Feb half term and was thinking about hiring skis etc and lessons direct from the hotel this time and was wondering if anyone who has stayed there before done this, and if it worked out cheaper ? We have booked flights, hotel etc ourselves so can't hire skis and lessons as a package.
