Ski Instructors.....?

Hi all,
Going to Pamp for the 1st time in a few weeks and need some info on the Ski Instructors.
I went skiing in Andorra last year and it was my 1st time on a ski holiday. Now I managed to het from the top to the bottom of the mountain last year without falling over by the last day (on blue) and was getting quite confident, but that was a year ago and all my confidence has gone. I don't want to go to ski school as I find it too restricting (ie. Getting up at the crack of dawn) ...

Can you hire an instructor for a day or a few hours independantly so I can have some help to gain more skill? I wanna learn to Parallel turn/stop etc and maybe push my limits to a red this time.
Can anyone help me with this dilema?

I had the same dilemma - Pamps Pete advised me of details for a private ski instructor who he will book for me.If you ask him nicely, he may do the same for you. When are you going, and where are you staying?

Me and my mate are going on 1st Feb from Gatwick to Plodiv. We will be staying in the Perelik.......When do you go...?

I'm coming home on the 1st Feb - if you ask Pete, he'll maybe get you the same instructor. I'm also staying at the Perelik and have already booked for next year.re: Ski Instructors.....?
You can definately hire an instructor for a day - VERY reasonable prices too. Either skiing or bording.
I think you meet alot of people in ski school though, and from what I gather the groups are smaller than the likes of Andora. They usually start at 10:00am, which does means getting a bus at around 9:30, or earlier.
There are lots of groups with differant levels, and I would imagine you will end up in a group who will take the lift straight to the top and take the green run down ... ...

Ski school isn't restricting!Just tell them you'll join them at lunch so they are not waiting around for you in the mornings. (most people start at 10)
That is the great beauty of Pamporovo - excellent ski school and the people are laid back and will help you have a great holdiay however they can.
