Ski Jumping 2010?

Is Ski Jumping returning to Borovets in 2010?
The Ski Jump has been left to ruin but i see news on the ski jump page that it is to be updated this year.
Why did they let it go to ruin.
I went 10 years ago and we had a great night watching the jumpers come down the floodlit hill whilst we spectators were drinking mulled wine.
Would be a great night out for visitors...
