Ski Kindergarten

We've booked for late Jan in Pamporovo (Hotel Pamporovo) and have been told by our travel agents that we have to book the ski kindergarten for our (nearly) 5 year old locally. Is this correct? What does this offer? Do we need to find equipment for him elsewhere? Should we get him a ski-pass in advance?? Don't want to be stuck with a 5 year old who can't do any skiing and have heard all the horror stories regarding not sorting passes out in advance.

Help!!!

Tell them you want to book a ski pack for the little one - or at least book the lift pass. You could sort out the rest in resort, but the lift pass is critical

We had the same problem as this and if you go back to previous threads by me you will see the various good advice which was given.

Thomsons wouldn't let us book a lift pass and people have said to just take the little one through with you.They wouldn't let us even book equipment hire.

Seems a bit daft to me but we will have to try to book everything at extra expense when / if we get there.
