starts at 10 usually coffee break or choc brandy!!!! around 11 30 and then lunch for maybe 40 mins and ski school finishes around 3....brill ski instuctors who dont clock watch,
Last week when we were there we started at approx 10am, had break at around 11am, then broke again for lunch at around 12. Lunch was until around 1 then skiied until 3.
ski school on the first day usually starts at 9, so that every1 can get their skis fitted. This is a bit like a cattle market but the guys in the ski depot are very good and get you sorted pretty quickly. Then after then its usually about 10am. We were at Pamps last week and our instructor, Tosh, let us break at 11, dinner at about 12.30-1pm and then the day ended at 3-3.30, or whenever we finally made it down the slopes. hope you have a good time, im sure you will
Echo what everyone else said - we'll be back in Borovets on March 5th. Hope the instructors are as good as last year, we had Nicky, who was excellent - no clock watching and going with the pace the group wanted to go at.
Dp you start early the first day and join the queue for the ski gear?. Once that's sorted - what's next - do you meet the instructors and then head for the lift or is it the other way round? In Pamps - do they start you off at the lower nursery slopes or do you head higher?
How do they assess what group you should in? - at the moment, I can find my way down a green or blue just through snowplough turns - will I still be with the beginner's group.?
