Hi, me and other half just booked for Borovets at Christmas. Really looking forward to it. Can anyone give us some pointers about the lessons and of course the apre ski! javascript:addSmile(' ')
Have you booked through a tour agent. If so you should book the beginner ski package as it will be cheaper. If you have done this the tour rep will normally organise your ski hire lift passes etc. The instructors will sort out who you ski with so you are with people of the same ability. As to the Apres-ski and the night life it is all around and varied so choose what suits you.

We booked through Inghams and decided to book the beginner package. We have heard some good reviews and bad ones. I think we will go with no expectations, just to have a good time and hopefully meet some nice people. Not sure what clothes to take..... anyone got any suggestions?
we go with Inghams every year and have always been well looked after and are going to borovets again with them this year. If you look at the post ski-wear help at the top of the page you will find all you need to know.

We have been to Boro for the past 4 years. You should have a great time. Answering your question about what to wear in th evening, Jeans and a top or jumper is fine. Most pubs are warm inside, some wear t- shirts but I always feel that long sleeves are necessary.
Have fun.
Just got our ski wear this weekend. Got some really good stuff and cost was OK too. Spent a little more on the gloves as I want warm hands. As I am petite I got into Kids stuff, so I did OK for the bargain hunting! Can't wait to get on the piste! Found a really random shop full of loads of stuff, they also have a web site but would recommend a visit to their shop loads of choice of gloves and goggles and really help full. www.skateandski.co.uk. Did not find much at TK Max, must have ...
