Ski Wear

Hi i'm going skiing to Borovets on the 5th March. I have never been skiing before so I don't own any ski wear and dont really want to buy any in case I don't like skiing. Can anyone tell me if there is anywhere in Borovets where I can rent ski wear? Does anyone have any prices? I'm stayng at the Samokov and someone told me that they have their own rental store but cannot find any information on it.
Any information that you could give would be very appreciated.
Thank you in advance

re: Ski Wear

Probably best not to bother hiring. You can get some really good deals (see old postings on this site using search facility). TX Maxx, Asda, Makro, Liddle (I think), Tchibo, Decathlon - all sell outfits for about £50-£70 quid.

Most likely you WILL like skiing and then you will a least have gear for when you book next year. If you do hire, you will still need to buy thermals etc anyway.

Hope this helps. If you need any more info just post on board.

Eeeeeeeeeeelaine is right you will love it. Nobody can dislike skiing. You would kick yourself next year if you rented this year. Buy cheap 4 the same price as renting nothing to lose

The stuff from George at ASDA looks a winner, for the beginner!
