Ski equipment

Hi - going to Boro on 21 Feb with the family and staying at the Rila. Does the hotel allow you to wear ski boots to your room and do you keep ski's etc in your room. Sorry for the silly question.

If you are hiring the equipment then you take them back to the hire place each day, normally before 5:30pm, if it is you own equip, then i dont see why not, they may store the skis and poles for you, for a charge.

Thanks Mal. We are hiring the ski equipment for the week so does that mean we have to return it every day and does that mean you get the same equipment the next day or have to be refiitted again. Quite a bore i reckon if thats the case.

Once you are issused your gear, it is your for the week, you will be given a number in the ski depot, and everyday you go back to the same spot to collect your boots and skis!
Remember to take a decent pair of footwear for going back and forwards to the ski depot!

NO YOU CAN NOT WAER YOUR BOOTS IN THE HOTEL AT ALL
BUT YOU HAVE GOT THE BEST HOTEL ON THE RESORT
AND FROM WHAT WE HEARD WHEN WE WHERE THERE YOU CAN EAT THE FOOD IN THE HOTEL AS WELL , WE COULD'NT AT THE OLYMP

My next concern and unfortunately i have loads of them, hopefully i will chill out when we get there, is how can i ensure my childrens room has twin beds, my wife and i have our own room so we will take what comes but the kids are 18 & 16.

Almost all the rooms are twin rooms!

We went last week stayed at the rila and my sister and her boyfriend took their hired skis etc to their room, but we took ours back each day.

Get up early for the ski fitting, we all got fairly new salamon boots and skis and I even got burton snowboard boots. the later you are the worst the gear you get.

If you want to use the pool take flip flops with you or they won't let you in unless you buy some for 10lev!
