Hi we're going skiing on 5th march for one week and wondered if it would be cheaper to pay for ski and boot hire as well as lift passes at resort or is it best to pre book over here?? We are also taking our 5 year old son who has never skied before - is it suitable for him????
We booked the whole package at Borovets direct with a ski school inc Lift Pass/6 x 2 Hr lessons/ Skis & boot hire for £98 for busy Half Term week. Some of the family are Snowboarding at the same price.
Had a job to book originally until details obtained through this Discussion Board as most companies will only sell pre-booked packages if you buy the holiday from them. We got a late deal via Neilson but the Ski Package was £125 and the Snowboarding £135 which was a bit much we thought. We ...

We have used the ski school we booked with two years ago and the owner was very helpful, unlike the other companies & hotels we tried to get information from. There seems to be a monopoly on many of the facilities within Borovets.
