HELPP11 I booked a holiday with Balkan and booked the 2 full adult ski packages which entitled you to 1 free kindergarten and 1 free child lessons. When I phoned today to ask if I just showed the invoice at the ski school to get the lessons I was told because I had not actually booked the lessons when I booked the holiday on-line this was not booked and I would now have to pay for them. HELPP11 I booked a holiday with Balkan and booked the 2 full adult ski packages which entitled you to 1 free kindergarten and 1 free child lessons. When I phoned today to ask if I just showed the invoice at the ski school to get the lessons I was told because I had not actually booked the lessons when I booked the holiday on-line this was not booked and I would now have to pay for them. I did not know this had to be booked separately because when I ticked the option the price at the end charged me £40 so I just assumed as I was booking the 2 full packages and had 2 kids I would automatically get this. I have found out the school they use is called 'Boro', anyone know how I can get in touch to book lessons with them to make sure he is with us? Anyone know the price of lessons in the resort? We arrive 2nd April. Faye

dont know the price but at a guess if you speak to your rep she will be able to sort out the lessons and you will just pay them locally, you will find this will possibly be in cash leves, I know a couple did that when I was in pamps, sorry cant help you any further, although Iam sure you will get some more replys laterre: Ski lesson Bansko this week
