Ski lifts

Hi Guys,
Just back from Borovets, which is an amazing place during the summer. Had the chance to look at the work being done on the Yastrebets lift. Old drag lift gone and holes ready for concrete pouring and 4 man chair construction.

Thanks for that Kevin. Of course it is only pleasing if they get it finished in time for the winter season We'll just have to wait and see.

I agree Ellie, Mitko the ski instructor and I spent quite some time peering into these holes in the ground, there was also quite a lot of tree felling going on to widen the route up. The general consensus of opinion was that they would be ready for this season as will the replacement for the one man chair.

Hope they do have the one man lift working, I really missed that long blue run down there, I love skiing but have a huge fear of hills, strange I know but I have panic attacks if I get to the top of anything steeper than a blue!! ( Had a huge argument with the man at the top of the chairlift outside the rila this year as he wouldnt let me go back down once I realise dit was too scary for me!!)
