Hey guys,Whats the deal with ski passes at Borovets? Better to buy in advance or when we get there? We're not going through an operator, just booked the hotel and flights ourselves.

The lift passes are 50lev a day for adults and 25lev for childrenA idea is to buy them daily to start with and hopefully after the second day you will start to hear about people breaking limbs or just given up, for skiing is not for them. You can then make an offer on their ski passes for a cheap price, for they will just go to waste if you don't use them- Good luck

other thing to do is if you want to go late say lunch time wait at the bottom and buy the lift pass from people who had enough for that day(maybe locals who have to do something for PM etc.usually the cards are less than half price or just buy half day lift pass.dont forget that sat and sunday the lift passes are 30 leva each day.
