Hi,
You lucky sod!
We stopped in the Rila on our first ever trip 3 weeks ago.
The ski school was excellent, for us adults and our 2 girls.
Our instructor was called Seko, and was absolutely FANTASTIC. We all went out on the last night, and even I had a tear in my eye when we said our goodbyes at the end of the night. He made the holiday.
If you get chance to go with him, grab it. He tought us very well and we had a great laugh.
If you see him say hi from Pete (Brad Pete!) and Katie ...

The hotel is ok but food is poor.
You'll have a great time, have fun.

Ski school ( as anywhere ) can be a bit hit or miss !!
We binned our first instructor after 3 days and have a claim pending for lack of ski school. However 2nd instructor we had, a little guy called Tony, was brilliant.
Learnt more from him in 3 days that we would from other guy in 3 months !

Hi Steph,
last year was our first time and we'll be there for more from the 17thFeb.
On the first day it will appear to be organised chaos.....but don't worry they sort it out very quickly. It's all very friendly and we had good laugh with our instructor & learnt a fair bit about skiing as well.
Enjoy!!

Steph, I went for the first time at Christmas Samokov Ski School, I cryed all the way home, missed everyone so much especially our Instructor gave me lots of Confidence and was funny, I've never had such a laugh for years!, make sure your Ski-Boots fit comfortable round your legs and listen to what the Instructor tells you, have lots of Fun!
