re: Ski/snowboard hire?!

You could book through your travel agent probably cheapest and easiest, as shops can be busy on first morning. There are plenty of hire shops when you get there, either way relax and enjoy it.

I should have said, then when you arrive your rep will have all your vouchers to take to the approprate hire shop. Your rep should also have your lift pass and details on where to meet your instructor. It really is straight forward.
