Skidooze in Pamporovo

Has anyone been on the skidooz in Pamporovo? I've been on 4 wheeler motorbikes and scramblers since i was a nipper, used to love the wind rushing through my hair but age crept up on me, and now i'm bald as a coot!
Anyway, can anyone recommend the skidooze?, do you get your own one?, can you race each other etc etc? . I don't think i'd bother if it was like being back on the donkeys at Blackpool, i like to bomb around like a madman!

ah there's nowt wrong with a baldy napper, you'll get helmets, but i'd recommend wearing a hat as well.I went on them last year when i was on holiday with my twin, you have to follow the skidoo infront and there's no overtaking, so no racing allowed

Ha Ha Fred, me n u are very alike me thinks! Last year me, my missus and my two lads went on the ski-doo's at pamps, Fantastic experience, You do ride your own but they make you trundle along in a line. Being the lunatic that i am i stayed at the back, waited while they where about 50 ft in front and opend it up, shot forward a break neck speed... Ace, but when i tried to negotiate the banked left hand curve, it turned out to be a snow drift.. which i diissapeared into with son on the back. ...

Got a major bollocking in Bulgarian, but it was worth it mate. So yes, highly recommend the ski-doo's but wrap up warm.

Well this is my version of the time we had in Pamps, Jim and I went last year, only the 2 of us, skido each, as the others have said in a line behind the instructor. However, our guy said, if I go too fast, give me a shout, consequently we were haring up the track doing almost 70mph, NO WORD OF A LIE!!! We had our ski wear on and our woolie hats and gloves.
Because we went so fast we were done in 40 minutes (we were supposed to have 1 hour) we had an absolute blast. I would highly ...

It was one of the highlights of the holiday last year.
We had a choice of times and the only one left was the late outing. Take it from me go at night. Lights on through the forest - the guy up front sizes up how good you are and goes at the speed he feels is safe. I went with three others, all of which ride mootcycles. We went to a speed that I felt I could not go any faster or want to go any faster.
We did it at the end and it made the holiday. Do not miss it.

I think youd love it Fred- Nothing like bombing aboot in the snaw. I used to do just that up the glen a few years ago. As for being a baldy wear a farmers cap! thats what i used to do! Its pure braw. Mind and keep it real- just grab the instructor if he shouts at you- just like i did to the bin men a few years back
