Skis Insurance

Hi

Just wondering is there much incidents of Skis being taken and what is the Ski Hires response to missing Skis? Do they offer you Ski insurance when hiring ?
Also what are the basic Skis like, are they carvers? its been several years since I have been to Bulgaris.

Where are you going? An earlier post said that hire skis in Bansko are Salomon carvers new last year.

Tom your normal ski insurance policy should cover you for lost or stolen hire gear. Never heard of a case but I am sure that it happens everywhere on occasion. But in saying that the hire gear is not cuuting edge you you should be ok Very Happy
